Real easy recipe!
1. All you need to do is peel and boil them in a large skillet pan for a few minutes. Remove and drain.
2. Melt butter in the skillet then add the Brussels sprouts, tossing for a few minutes. Add flavour with salt and pepper and voilà! We even added a bit of bacon.
